Together, we focus on analyzing how you live your days. Over several weeks, we accumulate data that we will use to design numerous system prototypes for how you could live your life with an upgraded operating system.

By applying principles from Design Thinking, developed by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans of the Stanford Life Design Lab, we collaborate to create a unique set of daily systems that enhance your well-being and propel you forward in your personal and professional life.

In my work, I synthesize Bowen’s Family Systems and Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems to help you uncover internal obstacles that may be keeping you stuck when wanting to upgrade your operating system.

Through this process, we unlock your untapped potential, accessing your inner pioneering and creative genius that may have remained restrained until now.

Full disclosure: I’m not a licensed therapist, and I haven't undergone professional training in either of these modalities. Instead, I synthesize existing systems that have significantly accelerated my own personal and professional growth.

My emotional availability is high, but I’m not a trauma worker. I can hold space for all your emotions that might come up during our call—however, you might definitely want to go deeper with a therapist.

Your current identity is not fixed—it consists of habitual thinking and behavioral patterns that you unconsciously repeat on a daily basis. In fact, your identity is constantly evolving and is rather flexible.

From my perspective, the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical aspects of our human experience are all intrinsically linked. For me, the spiritual dimension is very real and connected to the natural world.

I’m a spiritual integrator, and I’m fully committed to integrating spirituality into our daily, grounded practical life. With that being said, not everyone identifies as spiritual, and I fully respect that.

I’ve designed an advanced numerology system which I branded as Name Patterns. I use it alongside Human Design when creating bespoke systems for my spiritually inclined clients.

A brand is an entity with its unique energy and life force. It can be incredibly attractive to its customers if optimized to nourish them adequately.

When we reach this realization, we usually encounter the stuckness (caused by deep-seated social and cultural systemic programming) which prevents us from embodying our capacity to not only play our own games but also design their rules.
